Account Settings
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select Account Settings.

Full Name & Email

Click on "Edit" next to each field. Make your changes, then click “Save” to update.

Password

Under the Password section, enter your current password, then your new password, and confirm it.
Click “Change Password” to update it.

1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select Account Settings.

2. Under the Delete Account section, enter your password, then click "Delete Account".

3. On the pop-up screen, type the word “delete” to confirm your action.

Once confirmed, all information related to your account will be temporarily removed from our database.

You can reset your password in two ways:

If you're not logged in:

1. Go to the Login page, enter the email associated with your account, and click “Continue.”

2. Select "Reset Password."

2. We’ll send you a security code to help you set a new password.

If you're logged in:

1. Click your profile icon (top right corner) and go to Account Settings.

2. Under the Password section, click “Reset Password” and follow the instructions.

1. Select "Company Profile" on your navigation bar.

2. Click on "Edit" next to each field. Make your changes, then click "Save" to update. Notes: You cannot change your company's name via the portal. To do this, please email us at contact@unretire.io.
