Browsing Retirees
1. Select "Retirees" from your navigation bar.

By default, you'll the a list of retirees recommended for company.

2. Use the Search Bar

Type in keywords like job titles, names, or expertise (e.g., “Excel”, “Project Manager”).

3. Apply Filters

Use filters on the sidebar to narrow your results by:

  • Industry & Line of Business - Specify an industry before selecting a line of business

  • Expertise - Select key expertise from the dropdown list
  • Working Arrangement - Onsite, remote, hybrid

  • Preferred Job Type - Full-time, Part-time, Project-based
  • Wage - Hourly wage or annual salary

Note: Options for some filters might differ depending on the Job Type you selected.

Simply click on any retiree's name or profile card to open their full profile. You’ll see their background, expertise,resume, availability, and any preferences they’ve shared.

1. Click the “Invite” button

You can find this button on retiree's profile card, or full profile page.

2. Select Role(s)

Type/choose from the dropdown the roles you'd like to invite them to apply to.

3. Recommended Roles

You can also add the roles that we recommended by clicking "Select" next to the role's title.

4. Click "Invite"

They’ll be notified and can apply directly to your job.
